As an Administrator Executive, you will be handling incoming mail (mail redirection), arranging couriers and ordering.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Arrange international and local deliveries
- Recharge disbursement (ACRA fee, courier, etc) to client
- Perform physical filing
- Arrange for the certification and notarization of documents.
To apply for this Administrator Executive role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Experienced with scanning and archiving files
- Some ACRA filing experience
- FATCA/CRS registration and filing with IRAS
- Would be beneficial if have worked as a corporate secretary, or have some corporate secretarial work experience
