· Keep updated registers and records of patients (electronic or written data).
· Assure that all referrals, enquiries on Nursing Home services and charges are attended to by self or relevant personnel.
· Liaise with nursing personnel on admission date, time and bed allocation.
· Maintain statistics on patients and referrals from various sources.
· Other general administrative work (such as coordinating messages to the team, photocopying documents, helping the team member to submit records to another department, and preparing meetings…)
· Undertake any other admin duties that the HOD may assign from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma holder, preferably WSQ Diploma in Social Service or Healthcare Management.
· Patient-centered and enjoys working with the elderly.
· Team worker with good communication, interpersonal, and people engagement skills, preferably with the ability to speak any local languages and dialects
· Good administrative and organisation ability
· Competent in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint)
· At least 1 year of relevant healthcare industry experience is preferred.
