Responsibilities
- Performs visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and outgoing aircraft component parts
- Ensure parts are repaired according to the prescribed standards and procedures
- Responsible for incoming/ initial, in-process and final inspection of repairable parts/ components channeled into the cell and through repair process to ensure conformance to related documents and required repairs
- Have available and understand current specifications involving inspection tolerances, limitations, and procedures established by the manufacturer of the product being inspected and with other forms of information
- Responsible for conducting inspection in accordance with Regulatory approved technical data
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in related fields.
- Min. 1 year of relevant working experience with keen interests to join the Aerospace industry is welcome.
- A positive and learning mindset with keen interests to learning new technology.
- Ability to understand basic technical drawing and standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Familiar with the relevant air worthiness and regulatory agencies requirements
- Proficient with all inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment’s and tools used to determine the quality of airworthiness of a component
- Willing to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
- Knowledge in CMM and SAP user experience is a plus.
