Healthcare settings recruiting Assistant Human Resource Manager.
Job Scope:
- To identify manpower needs with department managers and establish manpower budget
- To develop and implement recruitment strategies and action plans
- To review on-boarding policy and process with induction checklists
- To prepare monthly manpower/ HR reports
- To review, align and deploy human resource policies and procedures to meet business needs, audit standards and compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements
- To review and implement Employee Handbook that an accurate & professional medium of reference for employment benefits
- To create, review and update job descriptions to ensure that they are in compliance with the requirements by MOH
- To review and enhance job grade structure and salary scales so as to ensure that the groups of jobs are competitive externally and equitable internally
- To develop Talent Management Scheme so as to retain high potential employees who can be developed for succession planning.
- Perform Employee Engagement related matter
- Support in monthly payroll
- Perform HR Administrative role
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- 3 years HR work experience
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant certificate
- Familiar in Employment Act and EMFA
- Comfortable to engage foreign worker
- 5.5 Work day
