Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking and activation of contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule and monthly management reports for submission.
- Showing of available units, following up with leads and offers, and offering a good insight into market rental comparisons to propose lease rates etc
- Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions
- Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
- Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.
- Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants and attend to all feedbacks/requests promptly.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of of relevant experience in lease management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
