Warehouse Admin

Jobstation Services Pte. Ltd.

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm


Job Responsibilites:

  • Focal point for all shipment inquiries (Inbound, Outbound & MRB).
  • Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Order generation in SAP & WMS.
  • Oversee documentation flow and record retention.
  • Consolidate requirements for operating consumables.
  • Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to counterpart and the warehouse in charge
  • Compliance with RBA


Job Requirements:

  • Min “O” Level
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system and order fulfillment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Microsoft – Word, & Excel, Customer Service Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, QC Tools & PDCA.
  • Team player, meticulous, customer-focused, dedicated
  • Good written & spoken communication skills
