Job Description:
You are seeking a dynamic Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies, design thinking, and cloud projects to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, with a focus on delivering value through agile practices and leveraging cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for cloud-based projects.
- Apply design thinking principles to understand user needs and create innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
- Use Agile methodologies to drive project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to improve product quality.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing and Agile methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of design thinking principles and their application in software development.
- Experience working on cloud-based projects (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) and/or cloud platforms is a plus.
