Operations Manager
Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days | Mon-Sat: 9am to 6pm | 12pm to 9pm | 2pm to 11pm
Working Location: Island wide (as job requires frequent movement of different carparks)
Salary Range: $3200 + Transport Allowance (Car: $640 | Bike: $390)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the business
- Scheduling manpower
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet performance standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Lead and manage the logistics operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards
- Ensure safe work environment for all employees
- Drive cost saving & operations efficiency
- Maintain good working relationships with customers and management
- Any adhoc duties as assigned
