Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of projects to guarantee its timely and seamless completion
- Regular site meetings and inspections to inspect work timeline, requirements, and contract designs.
- Examine and offer recommendations about all claims made by contractors.
- Update user with a weekly progress report.
- Arrange and lead a project meeting every week.
- Documentation pertaining to the fulfillment of the contract, contractor payment, DLP, and compilation of NSC O&M manuals.
- Examine and verify the completed work before transferring ownership.
Requirements:
- Min diploma in civil engineering, building construction management, architecture, interior design, or it's equivalent
- At least 2 years related working experience
- Previous experience in Office commercial project experience is an added advantage
- Able to lead a team
