Job Description / Requirements:
Duties
- Analyse the commercial and system requirements, participates in finalizing these requirements, and translates these to the functional requirements specifications (FRS) for software development.
- Maintain contact with customers, users, software architects, and work with multi-sites (including software subcontractors) to drive overall requirements management.
- Support the architecture assessment and knowhow/feasibility studies
- Advise product management on commercial requirements specification (CRS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and support the contents of the Product Specification Sheets.
- Write the functional requirement specification (FRS), and ensure it is reviewed and approved by the requisite stakeholders.
- Update the FRS, based on approved change requests.
- Participate in the SCCB for consultation on change requests and impact assessment.
- Maintain the specification methods and tools.
- Propose/Lead/participate in feasibility studies for know-how projects
Job Requirement:
- Familiar with SDLC of embedded Software design
- Ability to work with and co-ordinate the activities of multi-sites in driving overall requirement management
- Strong analytical, decision making and negotiation skills.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Domain knowledge in Monitor SW development and Mandarin speaking due to liaise with China country part
