- Position: Sales Admin (Sales Coordinator/Customer Service)
- Location: Jurong East (walking distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)

Main Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ enquiries & daily quotations
- Co-ordinate sales requests such as checking stock availability and delivery schedules
- Preparation of quotation, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders etc
- Coordination between customer and suppliers
- Provide assistance to sales teams in daily operations and administrative work
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- At least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
