Job Desription
- Lead and mentor sales team to achieve monthly sales target.
- Conduct daily briefing on latest promotions.
- Establish new sales opportunities through prospecting and organizing sales visit.
- Generating of new corporate clients through cold calling.
- Handle telephone/online sales enquiries.
- Establish client relationship and build rapport.
- Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection.
- Prepare sales quotation, proposal and catering schedule.
- Prepare event order according to established S.O.P.
- Maintain all catering and conference files in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for Head of Department.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management and equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales will be an advantage.
- Must be self-driven and sales orientated.
- Team player with ability to strive amid ambiguity.
- Bilingual.
- Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
