Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
1. To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters
2. To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting
3. To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions
4. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
5. Manage in-house E&M sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation
6. Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment
Requirements :
1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E co-ordination will be an advantage
2. At least 5 years experience in LTA projects M&E Coordination in local construction firm/LTA-MRT Project
3. Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential
4. Good knowledge of local standards & requirements
5. Understanding of a Design & Build contract/project
6. Independent, self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude
