- Position: Senior Manager (Academic)
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + Performance bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist to provide effective management of quality teaching and learning support services to give students the best opportunity to maximise their academic potential and progress in their course
- Ensure all necessary strategies, policies and procedures are in place to assess and report on student performance and progression to key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective systems for management of information to meet internal and external requirements for evidence, data, and statistics reporting
- Assist with recruitment, induction, development, and performance management of teaching and academic staff, as appropriate
- Maintain essential records of academic staff mandatory for internal and external regulatory requirements
- Manage in conjunction with the Director of Academic Services, all aspects of teaching and learning process at an appropriate standard, academic standards, governance, legislative and compliance operations
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams and relevant experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Experience in academic administration and/or programme management, preferably in higher education would be an advantage
