Main job duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the accounting team with various administrative and data entry tasks.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or accounting manager.
- File documents and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital to ensure all financial records are organized and easily retrievable.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Superior.
Job Requirements
- Experience as an Account Assistant
- Accounting experience
- In-dept knowledge of MYOB
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal written communication skills.
Working Hours
- 5.5 day work week
- Mon - Fri: 08.30am - 5.30pm
- Sat: 08:30am - 12:30pm
