Implementation
- Lead complex integrated system projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with leadership directives and delivering business value.
- Manage and oversee system rollout and deployment.
Programme Management
- Spearhead projects from ideation to completion, including procurement strategy, packaging, detailed scoping, requirements gathering, systems definition, process optimisation, and ensuring regulatory, security, and safety adherence.
- Lead and execute all project management phases, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful handover of deliverables. Uphold good governance practices through effective management of resources, timelines, scope, documentation, and risks, leading to the successful completion of projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage diverse workstreams within the programme, proactively keeping internal stakeholders informed of potential risks, issues, and milestones. Ensure adherence to the programme's scope, budget, and timeline through effective management.
- Work with technology partners, system integrators, internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the product/ solution lifecycle.
- Ensures clear communication and buy-in on solutions/deliverables from all stakeholders.
- Engage C-level executives in ensuring project alignment.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Manage project documentation flow (i.e. intake, review, and distribution) and storage.
- Lead in tender processes i.e. drafting, design, submission and review.
- Ensure all necessary documentation submission and handover of all necessary documentation deliverable are complete.
Requirements
- Candidate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science or related fields with experience in system-level integration are strongly encouraged to apply.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing integrated projects with at least 3 years in a multi-disciplinary project of at least $5M.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and controlling projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
- All aspects of project / programme management and stakeholder management including government agencies.
- Proficient in cross-disciplinary engineering competencies.
- Proficient in project management methodologies: Such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge and experience in managing integrated systems projects.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a highly skilled team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill to handle various situations, customers, and vendors.
- Possess a holistic understanding of business cases, considering both financial and strategic aspects.
