We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Support Administrator will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document preparation.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales-related documents, reports, and presentations.
· Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team members.
· Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
· Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, providing necessary support and information.
· Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
· Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
· Monitor and track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
· Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
· Handle administrative tasks related to order processing, including order entry, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
· Maintain inventory records and assist in inventory management activities.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and market trends.
· Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and sales policies to effectively support the sales team and customers.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the sales manager or senior management.
Requirements:
· Diploma and above in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or customer service role.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
