Job Description
- Handle call queries and operational matters.
- Monitor CCTVs in Command Centre and respond to all matters in accordance to procedures and timeline.
- Work closely with Vendors, Clients and Manager related to any issues and incidents.
- Accurately and ensure timely reporting to manager daily.
- Submission of weekly reports and must be a team player.
Requirements
- Proficient in Mirosoft Office.
- Possess intiative and provide customer-oriented services
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Able to commit 12 hours or shift work pattern
- Able to follow company SOPs
