A new concept by Fleursophy Group, open-flame and woodfire restaurant. We are looking for front of house staff who love food and people to be part of our team!
Job Duties
· Familiar the whole floor operation. Able to carry out the role of every floor position if required.
· Bring the best dining experience to the guests during restaurant operations.
· Strive to achieve monthly KPI through excellent sales and service
· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations according to government regulations.
· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues.
· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
· Housekeeping of work area and premises before and after services
· Ad hoc duties when needed, taking instruction from supervisors and managers.
Job Requirements
· Motivated (Leadership), result-oriented(result-driven) and a fast learner
· Good organizational and planning abilities
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Service-oriented in all guests interactions
· Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills is a plus
