- Conduct site survey and cost estimate for scaffolding projects and variations orders (VO).
- Coordinate the scheduling of tasks and effectively communicate project timelines to team leaders.
- Participate in site meetings to address technical and interpersonal issues as necessary.
- Organize project documentation for future reference, including project charters, communication records, closure evaluations, feedback, reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for scaffold design is preferred.
