Focus Movement is seeking experienced permanent customer service personnel to join their dedicated front desk team on weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
- Enjoys client interaction and service oriented
- Detailed, meticulous and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experienced in admin work, good with Microsoft office
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Permanent weekly Saturday and Sunday weekend shift, up to 8 hours/weekend
- Permanent part time and able to start immediately
MAIN JOB SCOPE:
- Attends and replies to client inquiry and booking (face to face, WhatsApp, phone call and email), and payment collection.
- Maintain basic cleanliness and orderliness of the studio
- Ad hoc task as assigned
