Job Responsibilities:
Sales Role
- Engage with customer inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and chats, providing exceptional service
- Achieve and manage sales targets efficiently
Marketing Role
- Unleash creativity in conceiving, proposing, developing, and executing innovative Digital Marketing strategies
- Lead brainstorming sessions and write compelling copy for growth-focused marketing campaigns
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Preferably skilled in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
