We are seeking individuals to join our team as a temporary staff . In this role, you will provide essential support to the Manager and team in various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Assisting with general corporate secretarial tasks.

· Verifying and checking proxy forms and proxy summaries for client's general meetings.

· Attending and acting as scrutineers at clients' general meetings.

· Manning registration counters or booths and conducting personnel identification checks of shareholders attending physical Annual General Meetings

· Assist in any other matter/ project that management may require assistant with from time to time.


Requirements:

· No prior experience necessary.

· Must be able to commit from 11 - 30 April 2024. Office hours.

· IT savy.


This is a temporary postion, applicants must be able to commit to the above mentioned period. Salary stated is for the period.
