Job Description:
We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Construction Site Engineer. Individuals with good construction civil knowledge and related project site work experiences are preferred. Candidates' position and salary shall be commensurate with level of experiences, skills set and academic qualifications.
Individuals are to assist Project Manager in:
· Daily planning and scheduling of projects and attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors
· Manage installation projects and strive to meet target schedule.
· Understanding of project specfications, technical details and construction drawings.
· To manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
· Project site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow.
· To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
· Assist in settlement of project final account.
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Three(3) years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Diploma holders or candidate with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Well proficiency in English (both speak and writing)
- Good PC skills and those whom are well proficient in Autocad and MS Project will be an added advantage
- Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills
- Willing to learn, positive attitude & Self Discipline
- Curtain wall/Windows work experience will be added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
