- Responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the testing, commissioning, and software programming of Building Management Systems (BMS) in line with project specifications.
- Analyzes project requirements and prepares comprehensive submittals.
- Manages engineering re-estimate reports to minimize variances.
- Conducts testing and commissioning of BMS, with HVAC experience. Proficient in preparing BMS technical submissions and compliance documentation.
- Skilled in IO point scheduling and material selection. Possesses logical knowledge in HVAC system control logic.
- Proficient in networking, MS Office, and project management. Ensures awareness of and addresses environmental, health, and safety (EHS) risks on-site.
- Participates in EHS inspections and recommends mitigation measures.
- Halts work in the presence of unsafe conditions. Strong project management skills are essential.
