Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for various marketing campaigns
- Design and produce creative materials such as digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring that it is consistent across all marketing channels
- Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and marketing trends and technologies and incorporate them into the company’s marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all marketing materials meet the company’s standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, and use this data to improve future campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative design and marketing role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in website design and maintenance, including knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
