Job Scope:
· Chauffeur company directors, staff and guests to and fro office and any location as required
· Despatch and collect office documents and items to/from bank, customer, vendor locations
· Maintain interior and exterior of company vehicle in clean and good working condition on daily basis
· Comply with traffic regulations at all times and ensure safety and comfort are always the priority
· Report any vehicle damage or issues promptly
· Schedule vehicle servicing as and when required
· Assist in office administrative tasks when needed
· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties when needed
Requirement:
· Responsible, punctual and reliable
· Minimum 3 years of driving experience
· Possess valid class 3 driving license with clean driving records
· At least a secondary education level/ NiTEC in any field
· Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office Excel
· Willing to work on weekends and public holidays with overtime pay
· Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks
