Responsibilities
• To handle the assessment and processing of policy alterations of Life (Traditional and Investmentlinked) and Accident & Health policies, comprising of policy benefits, reinstatements, review and other policy admin transactions.
• Provide support in handing enquires from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives;
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
• Manage the drop box submissions and email submissions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma;
• Preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience in insurance or financial sector.
• Ability to process transactions with accuracy and deliver within service standards;
• Good time management skills, able to priortise work to ensure efficiency;
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal;
