Queuecut is looking for an social media and video content creator to support our fast speed growth!

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our digital marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing video production from end to end and developing and executing a content calendar. This includes working with team members and internal stakeholders to build storyboards, planning and executing video shoots, and editing on professional video editing software.

Monitoring and analysing social media metrics to gauge the success of content and adjust strategies as needed.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media.

Staying informed on current events, pop culture, and relevant topics to incorporate into content.

Ensuring all content is aligned with company guidelines and adheres to platform policies.

Interacting with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and direct inquirie

Collaborating with external partners like Queuecut consumers, merchants, riders, agencies, influencers and internal stakeholders to plan campaigns that meet business objectives, grow our social media community and drive brand preference.

Managing relationships with social media partners and external agencies to deliver industry leading campaigns

Constantly research on competitors and global market leaders, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimize content and performance based on insights.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in digital media, video production, graphic design or related fields. Having an active and successful TikTok and/or Instagram account with a large following is also a plus.

An existing portfolio of work

Understanding of various types of videos – for example interviews, infographics, short-form reels, podcasts, animations, people stories etc.

The ideal candidate should have experience with social media management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong creativity, and a deep understanding of the target audience and platform. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is essential.

Technical knowledge of scripting, lighting, audio recording, using green screens, and filming on a smartphone or DSLR camera. You will also need to be proficient in a professional video editing software, e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro etc.

Familiarity in using broadcasting tools like Streamyard or Restream, and setting up a teleprompter.

You must be able to think out of the box, work independently and is meticulous with an eye for details.

Positive and energetic team player.

Hands-on and curious to experiment on social media. Need to be an active social media user.

Ability to create entertaining and engaging short-form videos in a variety of styles

Ability to analyse and measure video performance and use insights to improve future content

Awareness of current events, pop culture, and relevant topics to incorporate into videos

Good knowledge in different aspects of digital and social media. Expert user in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and YouTube.

Good communication and written skills with proficiency in English Language (proficiency in other languages will be advantageous). You also need to be comfortable in presenting in a group setting.

Awareness of current events, pop culture, and relevant topics to incorporate into videos

Good time and people management skill.
