Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure timely product delivery
- Identify appropriate manufacturing partners and source components while negotiating costs
- Collaborate with other teams for product launch and presentation
- Provide supervision and guidance to a team of executives in carrying out their responsibilities and achieving deliverables
- Manage the USM brand, which involves overseeing all USM-related aspects
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Diploma or Degree in 3D Design/Furniture Design/Product Design or any related field
- Possess 5 years of experience in product or interior design related field
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Adobe CS skills (Photoshop, Illustrator etc) or knowledge in SketchUp
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels
- Strong analytical problem solving and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
