Job Summary:
The Finance and Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing financial activities and operational processes within the organization. They are responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and leadership abilities to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to ensure alignment with targets.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.

2. Operations Management:
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or related field;
- Proven experience in finance and operations management, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
