Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter with experience in B2B sales, preferably with door-to-door experience, to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them to expand our clientele base. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Hunter will be working with a series and suites of digital products created by the company and to support the team in reaching the KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends to tailor sales pitches and presentations accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to facilitate the sales process.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and provide exceptional customer service.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities for business growth or market segment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue new leads with resilience and determination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is preferred.
- Experience in door-to-door sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
