- Prepare Project Progress Claim
- Evaluate and certify Subcon Claim
- Monitor actual expences and cash flow
- Prepare variation order quotations and claims
- Monitor site actual progress and prepare site progress report
- Prepare tender and fullfill tender documents and requirements
- Attend technical and management meeting
- Evaluate actual site accomplishment and details if in order
Requirements
- Candidate must posses bachelors degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
- Good computer skills MS office, Autocad, planswift
- Able to work in team and independently
- Able to work in fast pace working environtment
