This position reports directly to the Director, his / her main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.
The business development manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business development strategies to heighten company profitability. Duties include working with several collaborative business partners, identifying business opportunities to pursue, and creating business proposals to support their ideas and growing existing partnerships.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Formulate business development strategy and in-charge of the entire business development process
- Execute business development initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets
- Develop new networking collaboration channels in assigned territories, market, channels, both online/offline
- Prepare and deliver pitches to external parties like clients, partners and/or potential investors.
- To find opportunity to open other market, platform or overseas businesses.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to seek out new business opportunities and resources and to adapt effectively to a variety of situations.
- Superior abilities in project management, multitasking, and decision-making
- Capability to acquire the Research & Strategy skill
