Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering team to provide responsive operational support and timely technical solutions.
- Oversee and manage engineering activities to ensure they meet KPI, budgets, and other expectations.
- Oversee and manage direct engineering staff activities to support sales, manufacturing, and quality.
- Review new work opportunities and provide accurate technical costing and budgets.
- Lead the Engineering team in delivering timely New Product Introductions.
- Improve product profitability through enhanced manufacturing methods.
- Manage product or process transfers from other divisions.
- Stay updated on latest technologies and drive innovation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
- Manage through Leadership Effectiveness to motivate and inspire.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirement
- Min Degree in Engineering
- Min 6 years of Engineering experience in manufacturing
- Knowledgeable in machining, stamping, heat treatment and blazing
- Understanding of technology management and material engineering
