- Min 3-4 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, mainly Chinese roasted meats and stir fry.
- Preparation of all food items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation following in-house recipe.
- Responsible for inventory control and ingredient ordering.
- Develop new recipes and menu.
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure cleanliness of kitchen premises.
- Strong knowledge in all kitchen equipments, tools and appliances.
- Require Food Hygiene Cert
- Strong communication skills and able to multitask in fast paced environment.
