Duties and Responsibilities:
· To maintain and support the R&D team in seasoning compounding, new development, and its application.
· To request for new raw materials sourcing for new product development to the Purchasing Dept.
· To handle all new raw material registration, documentation, and evaluation.
· To assist R&D team with QA/QC in new product development and product maintenance activities.
· Explore the application of existing products and processes.
· Processing sample request and sample submission as required by customer.
· To maintain the R&D laboratory and ensure cleanliness within the laboratory.
· Any other work as shall be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Food Technology/ Food Science.
· Minimum 1 year working experience in the Food industry.
· Relevant experience in product development for dairy products.
· Work-Life Balance, 5 working days.
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm
· Location: Tai Seng
· Annual Leave from 12 days
