Responsibilities:
1. Overall in charge of all Data Package activities.
2. Responsible of all yield reports, SPC reports and any other data request to monitor media or drive trends.
3. Co-ordinate with Production Team and Business group on packaging and shipment of samples to customer.
4. Co-ordinate within CSE group to collect sample / customer return disk from warehouse.
5. Collect and compile the corresponding data package or other request from Customer.
6. Check and verify the Weekly Data Package prepared by the CSE member before submission to Customer.
7. Co-ordinate and facilitate pre-audit check prior to Customer’s visit
8. Ensure Compliance to ISO operation procedures.
9. Manpower arrangement/assignment
10. Mentor and provide training to the new CSE member
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any Engineering discipline
- 1 to 2 years' of relevant experience couple with supervisory experience
- Supervisory skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Minitab Application
- Good understanding of SPC and evaluation technique
- A good team player and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, detailed and well organized.
