Job objective:
· Assisting the day-to-day administration and act as a backup for the payroll team
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll activities .
· Adhere to local payroll laws, regulations.
· Stay informed about changes in tax and other relevant compliance requirements
· Handle sensitive payroll information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
Key responsibilities
· Payroll processing : Liaise with external payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll on designated pay cycles..
· Compliance : Help to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.
· Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records,
· Communication and Support : Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
· Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Finance, HR, operation to ensure seamless coordination of payroll activities..
· Leave Management : Manage leave maintenance for designated affiliates.

Special working conditions
Min. education level:
