Job objective:
· Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse to shipping.
· Prepare and maintain the logistics documentation required for logistics.
Key responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
· Provide Prompt response and regular updates on stock situation
· Prepare commercial documents for shipments to international customers.
· Monitor shipments and Customs clearance. Communicate status, delays to appropriate parties. Resolve shipment issues, and possess the ability to determine when to elevate to management for resolution
Warehouse Related
· Update Warehouse Management System (WMS)
· Ensure that Lot number in Customs records matches with SAP records
Others
· Liaise with international freight providers on shipping matters such as shipment booking, freight invoice verification, AWB checking (import and export)
· Prepare the necessary customs permit
· Maintain Import and Export document files in accordance with Singapore Customs regulations
· Handling Customer Complaints, liaise with key internal stakeholders for quality/warehouse issues.
· Process return shipments
· Serve as a contact point between factories and internal sales affiliates
· Assist in regional logistics projects
Support from colleague during his/her absence

Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word)
· Prior working experience with Customs brokers, forwarders, and international partners preferred
· SAP knowledge preferred (SD//MM/WMS) but not mandatory
· Knowledge on Customs Documentation pertaining to ZGST warehouse preferred by not mandatory
· Well versed with export import documentation and procedures
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
