- Processes permits and certifications accurately and promptly.
- Stays updated on Trade Compliance Policy and attends trainings.
- Reports shipping document errors to supervisor immediately.
- Participates in root cause analysis and implements solutions.
- Provides feedback on customer service process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Supply Chain or other related courses with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in SAP.
