As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in the HR functions within the organisation. We are looking for a passionate individual to foster a strong Culture that aligns with our Core Values, and also to improve our employee experience at all employee life cycles.
This role will manage the full spectrum of HR, not limited to; HR Support, HR Admin, Benefits Administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance and other relevant functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration and operations (90%)
- HR Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for all HR Admin functions, including supporting the HR manager in recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement and address employee inquiries for smooth HR operations
- General HR Admin:
Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, Employment Agreements for review, and new joiners' documentation (arranging logistics for email/IT setup, onboarding email, etc.)
Facilitate all paper claims; dental, medical, membership, training, and update the HR claims tracker in the HR Shared Drive to centralise the data
Manage application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign work passes and respond to MOM surveys
- Benefits Administration:
Handle employee benefits administration, including enrolment, issue resolution, and managing inquiries with our broker and AIA to arrange logistics
- Employee Relations:
Manage and resolve day-to-day employee queries and concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Recruitment Support and Compliance:
Coordinate recruitment activities; refreshing routine job postings, pre-screening applicants, arranging interviews
Facilitating screenings and due diligence for potential new joiner; ensuring Compliance checks such as post-screening, salary slips verification, and reference checks
- Employee Documentation:
Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database (P-file and HRMS – PayDay) and ensuring all employee personal files records are complete, filed and treated with the strictest confidentiality
Administrative Support (10%):
- Provide administrative support to the receptionist, and offer backup and support to the receptionist when assisting other departments and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR executive/generalist or relevant position; fresh graduates with great passion and relevant background are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Singapore labour law, regulations, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle discreet sensitive HR matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and HRMS
