Our Retail Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop retail management team members, preparing individuals for long-term careers in retail management. It also offers you unparalleled opportunities to explore your passions in retail industry and develop leadership skills through experiential learning. This program is integral to our success and core to our future management pipeline.
The program, lasting 18 months, offers hands-on store management exposure, covering customer service, cashiering, product knowledge, roster planning, budgeting and people management. You are also given an opportunity to gain diverse exposure and in-depth knowledge while rotate within the functional departments. There will be professional and knowledgeable coaches and mentors guiding you throughout the program.
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be promoted to the role of Assistant Retail Manager or equivalent.
What we look for:
We welcome applications from talented candidates with 1-3 years of retail experience or fresh graduates holding a Bachelor Degree, who are enthusiastic and customer oriented, with great passion and business acumen for retail.
