P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading Statutory body, and we are looking for talents to be a part of our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in checking and verifying of documents
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of the claim amount and substantiated with relevant supporting documents
- Ensure all the required documents have been submitted to the relevant department for necessary process
- Verify 100% of qualifying expenses against approved application
- Conduct additional checks to verify deployment location(s) and nature of business (of the claimant) via online search portals, where required
- Liaise with relevant department with regards to any queries or missing documents
- Follow up on the approval of claims
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level or “A” Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in Possess Finance/Accounting role
- Proactive and positive working attitude
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and meticulous
Working Location:
- Mondays – Fridays, Office Hours. Hybrid Work Arrangement
- Bugis MRT Station
