Duration: June 2024 for 19 months contract
Location: Orchard
Working hours: 9am-6pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accounts receivable/payable billings and invoicing
• Liaising with vendors and related counter parties
• Processing purchase requisition in system
• Checking of sales invoices and recording of transactions
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
• Assist during stock take & Fixed Asset sighting
• Assisting during year-end audit such as liaising with auditors and providing required information
• Assisting both AR & AP Senior Executives with any other adhoc duties
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
• Min. Degree in Accounting/Diploma with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
