JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the financial budget, control costs and prepare expenses reports for the Operations Manager.
- Ensure the Spa operating procedures and policies are implemented, complied and updated as required.
- Ensure that the business achieves projected revenue and profits.
- Manage client feedback.
- Ensure accounting standards and procedures are adhered to
- Make recommendations on how revenue and profits may be maximized.
- Check inventory of health and beauty products.
- Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in SPA Management
- Knowledgeable in Sales, treatment and the spa product.
- Detail-oriented and possess pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
