The Role
This position will be based in the IT Department and provide SAP system support and end-user training, including data migration and assign helpdesk tickets within Level 1 SLA time.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide ticket support to end-users globally for S4 Hana
- Provide change request and BAU support across 13 markets
- Provide Company code creation, testing, bank account creation and Trading partner creation
- Participate in projects like Multibank Connectivity , Entity management , Poland/NL DRC, SAP implementation, Tax platform and Statutory invoice projects for Malaysia , Japan , China , India.
- Willing to play an active role in new projects - change management of approval process to digital platform.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science/IT related to degree.
- Minimum 5–6-year Techno-functional experiences which include 2-3 year of SAP ABAP experience with SAP FIORI
- Have good knowledge in ABAP Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Good experience in FIORI/SAPUI5 on S/4 HANA
- SAP Certification is advantages.
- Good experience in SAP ABAP ODATA Service on S/4 HANA
- S4 FICO experience able to do company code creation end to end setup, unit testing.
- Experience on UI path will be added advantage
- Vietnamese language is preferred to communicate with the regional teams.
