- Administer, facilitate, coordinate and conduct in-house programs:
- Standard operation procedures.
- Design, produce training content/materials.
2. Handle and participate in staff activities:
- Sport competitions.
- Annual and quarterly staff gathering.
- Staff trip.
- Festival celebration.
- Assist in any company event but not limited to qing ming and enlightenment ceremony duty.
3. Employee training and development sop and iso audit:
- Prepare training needs analysis and yearly training calendar.
- Produce, update, maintain, compile and continuously improve training materials.
- Prepare training attendance records, evaluation and present analysis reports.
- Handle and administration of quarterly iso training audit.
4. Administrative/general
- Assist in daily administration work including but not limited to prepare memo, notice and minutes writing.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.
Qualification
- Secondary / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
Experience & Skilled Required
- Presentable and well groomed.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good communication skill.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications
