- Provide pre-sales technical and functional consultancy to partners and customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare compelling sales quotations and address inquiries promptly with competitive offerings.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, offering expert advice and guidance to close deals successfully.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in IT or related field with proven track record of 2-5 years in IT solutions/hardware direct/channel sales.
- Expertise in system integration, managed services, IT projects implementation, and network infrastructure and security technologies.
- Knowledge of server and storage hardware configuration.
- Strong relationship-building skills with channel partners and customers.
- Self-driven with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Extensive network within the IT industry.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
