- Be a business partner to the Management Team, regularly engage with cross functional business leaders on organisation design, policy deployment and implementation of the Company’s HR strategy and priorities in line with APAC/ Division/ Group People Strategy.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, programs and best practices of full spectrum of HR functions to enhance positive employee engagement and experience, drive high performance culture. Provide ‘people’ solutions through data analysis and reporting for management decision making.
- Execute Compensation and Benefit programs
- Manage recruitment activities to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role, include advertising, interviewing, testing, negotiating employment offers, relocation, orientation/induction training.
- Responsible for Talent Review and People Development solutions to strengthen core competencies and align with career frameworks, business requirements and strategic priorities.
- Develop annual Training Plan to support business managers to fulfil the plan within budget.
- Maintain and manage HRIS as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, including regular HR reporting, Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
